I was very lucky during hurricane Sandy. I had my power for most of the storm. I only lost power for about two hours when the storm first hit. I saw some sad imagines of the shore line, and some about the towns close to mine.

Pros to use social media 

• Used to raise awareness for donations, shelters, and other things what the community is doing to help the community. 
• Used to raise money for things families need.
• Used to tell people what to do when and after the storm hits.

Cons to use social media

• People can take advantage of the donations by taking things they don't need.
• People could fight for the things they need.
